Konrad Pichler, President of Trinity Creatives Concepts, Inc., brings over 35 years of experience in fine woodworking, having learned the craft in his father’s wood shop in Munich, Germany.

His background reflects the rigor of traditional European training:

  • Completed a formal apprenticeship in woodworking.
  • Spent his journeymanship working in a variety of specialty shops, including a traditional French cathedral organ builder.
  • Earned the prestigious German Master’s Certificate in 1998 from the Meisterschule in Freiburg (Black Forest, Germany), representing the highest level of technical and design expertise.

Establishing a Legacy in Los Angeles

After moving to California in 1999, Konrad began his U.S. career as a Shop Foreman at “Concepts by J, Inc.,” a high-end custom wood shop serving the Los Angeles design and construction community.

  • 2002: Entrepreneurship. Founded Konrad Pichler, Inc. d/b/a Concepts By J.
  • From 2002 to 2015, he directed sales, operations, and production, overseeing a skilled team and delivering custom cabinetry and millwork for luxury residential projects.

Trinity Creatives Concepts, Inc. Today

In 2015, Konrad established the current Trinity Creatives Concepts, Inc. workshop in Harbor City, CA, continuing his commitment to uncompromising craftsmanship.

We focus exclusively on producing premium-quality custom cabinetry and architectural millwork. Our reputation has been built primarily through word of mouth from satisfied Homeowners, Designers, and General Contractors in the high-end residential building and remodeling industry—a reflection of our consistent excellence.

As we expand our marketing efforts, our goal remains the same: to bring exceptional craftsmanship, precision, and service to clients throughout Los Angeles and Southern California.
